This storage unit is one of the best I've ever had. When I first signed up for them they gave me a great deal for 3 months! They can hold cars, they have really big units and smaller ones if you only have a few things. It's very safe and has a gate code to get in. They keep it very clean and everyone who rents there is respectful. They can provide you locks as well and if you have multiple units they can make all the locks the same so you only have one key not a whole bunch.
The owner is a very good guy. He handles issues with a breeze. Although there have never been any issues I ran into with working with them.
Usually you'll talk to Mary and she gets things done every quickly and can text email or call. Whichever is your preference. She's very sweet to talk to and explains everything you need to know.
They treat you and your things like a part of the family. So be assured that when you rent from best West your stuff will be safe and secure and you will always be in a good head space after talking with her!“

Been great so far. Kinda pricey, but this is the first spot we've seen that actually has working CCTV, feels more secure at least. Pay online & auto-pay.
All outdoor units, so they can be a little beat up, ours was clean and easy to move into.. one of the doors is seized up needs WD.
24/7 access costs extra. I think standard access closes at 21:00
Protect your stuff, it's a storage unit - not Fort Knox. If it's harder to steal you're likely to keep it.“

I have never experienced such a great company to work with me I've had this storage unit since 2020 I've almost lost it twice to being put up to auction they worked with me and we got to mix up once and it was taken care of very properly Mary is the best woman to take care of everything and always talk to you in a great kindness she's always willing to work with you even if you're behind like I was and I was way way behind but she's still took the caring time to help me save my storage unit the owner is a wonderful person to also work with me to where I didn't lose my belongings I couldn't ask for a better company to have my stuff stored in. I would recommend their storage company to anyone that is looking for a place to store their belongings and if you have an issue don't wait just go up and talk to them like I did. If I ever had an issue I would always call and speak to Mary except on a Tuesday and that's a date night LOL so those days I try not to call. So if you ever looking for a great place to store your items look at Best West storage they're great people if I ever have to go back that's where I'll go to store my belongings it's well worth it. Thanks to Mary and the owner for all the help you have given me your great wonderful people.
